Acceptable Use Policy

Yworq provides AI-powered tools designed to support creative, professional, and productivity-focused use cases. By using the platform, users agree to use the services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Yworq.

Illegal Content

Users may not generate, distribute, or promote content that violates applicable laws or regulations. See full terms here (https://yworq.com/terms-conditions).

Adult and Explicit Content

Yworq does not permit the generation of sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content. This includes:

• explicit sexual imagery
• pornographic material
• sexually explicit depictions of individuals
• content involving minors in sexual contexts

Any attempts to generate such content will be blocked.

Exploitative or Non-Consensual Content

Users may not generate content that exploits, harms, or violates the rights of individuals. This includes:

• non-consensual imagery
• harassment or abuse
• impersonation intended to deceive
• deepfake content intended to harm individuals

Violent or Harmful Content

Content promoting violence, harm, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Fraud or Deception

The platform may not be used for scams, phishing, misinformation campaigns, or other deceptive activities.

Circumvention of Safeguards

Users may not attempt to bypass or evade the platform's safety systems, guardrails, or content restrictions. Attempts to circumvent safeguards may result in immediate account suspension.

AI Model Processing & Google Workspace Data

Yworq operates certain AI models in a strictly self-hosted configuration on dedicated hardware. Yworq Inc operates in the United States. When these models process your data, including any data received from Google Workspace APIs, that processing occurs within our own isolated infrastructure. Your data is never transmitted back to the original model provider, and is never used by us or by any model provider for training, fine-tuning, model improvement, or any secondary purpose. Google user data is processed locally and is never shared with the model provider for training or secondary purposes.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• removal of generated content
• account suspension
• permanent account termination
• reporting to relevant authorities when required by law

Yworq reserves the right to enforce these policies to maintain a safe and responsible platform.
